We confirm that we do not retain user data obtained through Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

Influencer data is sourced exclusively from publicly accessible online platforms, social media sites, and websites. We do not collect private or restricted information.
Client data is collected directly from clients when they sign up, make a purchase, or use our platform.

Once clients export influencer data from our platform, they assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. CreatorZen does not control how clients use exported data and is not liable for any misuse or non-compliance by clients.

We process client data solely for business purposes, including:
