Once clients export influencer data from our platform, they assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. CreatorZen does not control how clients use exported data and is not liable for any misuse or non-compliance by clients.4.3. How We Handle Client Data
